KIDS 10AM CADETS 1PM We hold gradings every three months in Swindon and Lambourn. You will be invited to the next grading when your instructor decides that you are ready to go forward for the exam. You will not be invited to every grading!

Please be aware, students progress at different speeds, some students train 2/3 times a week, others once a week. Some students practice every day, others hardly at all. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint!! It is your karate journey.
