GRADINGS
Gradings 2023
​
We hold gradings every three months in Swindon and Lambourn. You will be invited to the next grading when your instructor decides that you are ready to go forward for the exam. You will not be invited to every grading!
Please be aware, students progress at different speeds, some students train 2/3 times a week, others once a week. Some students practice every day, others hardly at all. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint!! It is your karate journey.

CHAMPIONSHIPS
UK Karate Federation Championships 2023
The UK Karate Federation holds four championships a year over the UK. The first three competitions give you a chance to qualify for the finals

You must podium with a 1st, 2nd or 3rd placing to enter the finals!

FINALS
After placing you will receive details to enter the finals. You can only enter the finals in the category for which you placed.
