We hold gradings every three months in Swindon and Lambourn.  You will be invited to the next grading when your instructor decides that you are ready to go forward for the exam.  You will not be invited to every grading!

Please be aware, students progress at different speeds, some students train 2/3 times a week, others once a week.  Some students practice every day, others hardly at all.  Remember this is a marathon not a sprint!!  It is your karate journey.

The Uk Karate Federation holds four championships a year over the uk. The first three competitions give you a chance to qualify for the finals

QUALIFYING 

To Qualify for the finals you must score 4 points in your chosen category.

Example if you choose kata and come 1st you will have 3 points second is 2 points and 3rd is 1point.
